Simply sprinkle it in your water, coffee or juice. Add it to your yogurt or pop it into your cooking. You won’t even notice it’s there.

Benefiber can deliver up to 20–25% of your recommended daily intake. Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least ½ cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold) until the powder has dissolved. 2 teaspoons contain 3 grams of soluble fibre.
Note that Benefiber is not recommended for carbonated beverages.
