Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder

Directions

  • Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (for about 1 minute).
